Charity Bukowski

Charity Bukowski is HR Director at PHMG, overseeing the global HR function across the UK and US. Working with teams in Manchester and Chicago, she leads the company’s HR strategy and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Since joining PHMG in September 2022 as People & Culture Business Partner, Charity has helped evolve the function from an operational foundation to a more strategic, globally aligned approach.

Her focus is now on long-term people strategy and ensuring consistency in HR practices across PHMG’s international offices. She leads the HR team while partnering with senior leaders to support growth, strengthen culture and create a cohesive employee experience across regions.

Before PHMG, Charity spent 12 years at Ticketmaster, holding 13 senior management roles across Sales, HR, Recruitment and Operations. This broad experience gives her a strong commercial perspective and a clear understanding of how people strategy supports business performance.

An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Charity also holds qualifications in leadership coaching and mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Her expertise spans employee relations, succession planning and talent strategy, with a focus on developing people and embedding consistent HR practices across a growing global business.
