Olivia Howlett

Olivia Howlett, our Global Head of Learning & Development, began her tenure at PHMG in 2009 after a stint as a TEFL teacher in the Netherlands. With her rich background in education and various roles within our company, Olivia now leads the Learning & Development department, leveraging her comprehensive expertise.

A University of Manchester alumna and a member of both the CIPD and the Learning & Performance Institute, she is the architect behind our culture of continuous improvement. Olivia has been the driving force in designing and implementing new employee induction programs and crafting personal development plans for staff at all levels. Her strategic vision has delivered scalable L&D solutions that bolster our operational change initiatives, ensuring employees worldwide achieve their full potential and drive PHMG’s global success.
