Michael Nipper

Michael, our Vice President of Client Engagement (Global), embarked on his PHMG journey in 2011, leveraging his recruitment expertise to excel within our Sales department. His initial role involved acquainting potential clients with our offerings, but his proficiency for customer service soon led him to the Account Management team within Client Services. Climbing the ladder, Michael now steers our Client Engagement strategy worldwide.

He maintains a laser focus on pre-empting client needs, ensuring service delivery evolves alongside the dynamic industry, especially for our burgeoning North American clientele. His role is crucial in boosting client engagement, driving sales, and enhancing retention rates.

Instrumental in our department’s transformation, Michael has masterminded a comprehensive restructure, aligning our internal processes with client success and paving the way for sustainable growth in both spheres.
