Michael Nipper

Michael Nipper is Chief Client Officer at PHMG, responsible for leading the global Client Services function and shaping how the business builds stronger, longer-lasting client relationships.

Michael joined PHMG in 2011 as a new graduate in the MDE team. Over the past 15 years, he has progressed through a variety of roles across Client Services and product-focused teams, developing a deep understanding of PHMG’s clients, people and products. This broad experience gives him a unique perspective on how the business delivers value at every stage of the client journey.

Now leading Client Services globally, Michael focuses on strengthening the day-to-day client experience while supporting PHMG’s long-term strategy. His role is central to ensuring clients see greater value in our partnership, stay with us longer and experience the full benefit of PHMG’s products and expertise.

Known for his direct, practical leadership style, Michael works closely with teams across the business to bring clarity, stability and focus to Client Services while continuing to evolve how PHMG supports its growing international client base.
