Martin joined the business in 2022, charged with transforming our marketing capability and realizing its potential as a driver of incremental growth — both through new client acquisition and growing client spend.

His team is responsible for the delivery of campaigns, and ownership and development of our product portfolio in response to identified market needs and opportunities.

His professional background includes senior marketing leadership roles in a variety of businesses. This includes B2B and consumer brands (such as Gillette, P&G and Tate & Lyle), and private equity endeavours, in roles spanning global, US and European markets.
