Charity Bukowski, Head of HR, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role. Before joining PHMG in September 2022 as People & Culture Business Partner, Charity had a substantial career at Ticketmaster, where she navigated through 13 different senior management roles across Sales, HR, Recruitment and Operations over 12 years.

An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) with additional qualifications in leadership coaching and mentoring from the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI), Charity excels in integrating HR practices with business operations. Her extensive knowledge in UK employment law and strong background in HR business partnership equip her to handle complex employee relations, succession planning, and talent strategies. Charity focuses on people development, spearheads cultural change, and has been instrumental in establishing robust HR foundations at PHMG. Her efforts include educating managers on basic HR practices and reinforcing policies and procedures to ensure the organization’s compliance and efficiency.
