Jason Daye

A PHMG veteran of more than 20 years, Jason has been with us since almost the very beginning, and has held a number of leadership roles during his time here.

He now heads up Operations globally, and is responsible for the development of our practices, processes and creative strategy. Relentlessly client-focused, he’s charged with ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and the delivery of a world-class service to our tens of thousands of clients — contributing towards our impressive renewal rate and client tenure.

Reflecting that our people are the lifeblood of PHMG, Jason is responsible for driving our current focus on strengthening our management structure, by developing and retaining our best talent.
