It all started with Grant. Back in 1998, he had a simple idea: to help businesses take advantage of the time people spend queueing, holding or transferring on the phone. His background in sales and passion for music left him ideally placed to get started.

This seed of an idea has grown and grown. Over time the business has evolved, diversifying the audiences it serves and assembling a roster of talented composers, writers and producers the world over; now, PHMG has become a world-leading business employing over 800 people, with a client base in over 50 countries.

As passionate now as he was on day one, he continues to drive our growth and innovation, splitting his time across our global offices.
