Gareth Watt

Gareth joined in 2018 to lead our global Recruitment function, and immediately began building out teams of specialist recruiters. Now a member of the Board, he’s charged with making us an employer of choice in every market where we operate.

Overseeing all HR, Recruitment, and Learning & Development globally, his teams identify and select the best people through assessment; develop programs to support our people in their careers; retain high-potential and high-performing people; and help the business achieve its future aims through organizational design.

His impressive and extensive résumé includes implementing recruitment systems across Africa, the UK and the US for Barclays Group, and leading Talent Acquisition for advertising giant Dentsu Aegis Network in London.
