Gareth Hughes

Gareth Hughes is the VP of Global Client Implementation at PHMG, where he oversees Strategic Framework Implementation (SFI) and New Client Activation. With two decades of rich experience in sales, customer service, customer success, and account management, Gareth started his journey at PHMG in 2020 as Head of UK Client Engagement, later becoming the Director of Sales, before briefly leaving and then rejoining in March 2024.

His background includes senior leadership roles at notable companies such as Apple and Selfridges, as well as directorial positions in global recruitment businesses. Gareth holds a degree in Accountancy, Taxation, and Statistics from Lancaster University. He is deeply committed to crafting exemplary client journeys and achieving high client satisfaction, leveraging his expertise in developing high-performing teams, enhancing processes, and leadership development.
