Chloe Loftus sits on the People & Culture leadership team at PHMG, having been promoted twice since she joined the company in 2021. With her focus on Global Inside Sales Recruitment, Chloe leads a dedicated team across the US and UK, partnering closely with sales leadership to attract and retain top sales talent. Her approach is underpinned by a keen interest in the workings of the human mind, an interest that she has pursued academically with a full-time MSc in Forensic Psychology.

Chloe’s expertise in understanding behavior and psychology is not just theoretical but practical, informing her daily interactions and talent strategies. Her international professional background in Australia, where she honed her skills in agency recruitment by building and scaling Sales, Marketing, & Creative teams, brings a valuable global perspective to PHMG.

Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Chloe was honored as Employee Of The Year in December 2022. She has been instrumental in PHMG’s expansion, playing a pivotal role in the launch of four new offices, including a significant stint in Brisbane to support its initial operations.
