Chloe Loftus

Chloe Loftus is Recruitment Director at PHMG and sits on the People & Culture leadership team, having been promoted three times since joining the company in 2021. She oversees global recruitment across the business, leading a dedicated team in the US and UK to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent. Working closely with senior leadership, Chloe ensures PHMG continues to grow with the right people at its core.

Her approach is underpinned by a keen interest in the workings of the human mind, an interest she has pursued academically through a full-time MSc in Forensic Psychology. Chloe’s expertise in understanding behavior and psychology is not just theoretical but practical, shaping her approach to leadership, talent strategy and people development.

Chloe also brings a valuable international perspective from her professional experience in Australia, where she built and scaled Sales, Marketing and Creative teams within agency recruitment. This global experience continues to inform her work at PHMG as the business expands across international markets.

Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Chloe was honored as Employee of the Year in December 2022. She has also played a key role in PHMG’s expansion, contributing to the launch of four new offices. Chloe’s drive, insight and deep understanding of PHMG’s people and culture make her an integral part of the company’s continued growth.
