Since joining PHMG in 2011, Ben Manning has been instrumental in shaping the company’s approach to client service and engagement. He leads the Client Services teams across North America, Australia, and the UK, ensuring outstanding delivery and long-term value for thousands of clients worldwide.
Ben was responsible for building the field-based Client Support Team and played a key role in transforming PHMG’s service model. His leadership in these areas paved the way for his appointment as SVP Global, and now Chief Client Officer.
With a clear focus on service quality and operational excellence, Ben continues to drive the evolution of PHMG’s client experience on a global scale.
