In 2023, PHMG experienced another outstanding year both financially and operationally, continuing its growth trajectory. Revenues surged by 14% to reach £85.5 million, reflecting robust new client acquisitions and exceptional retention rates. Operating profit totaled £16.5 million, with a healthy operating margin of 19.3%.
The year’s performance also includes the ongoing impact of foreign exchange fluctuations, further reinforcing our upward momentum. This strong financial position strengthens our leadership in the global audio branding industry.

Our 2022 figures are driven by over 5,000 new client wins.
Our client portfolio, which now numbers over 34,000 clients, continued to perform well, with 91% of clients’ revenue remaining with the group in 2022, an increase from 90% in the prior year. Customer satisfaction is a priority for the business, and the company is proud and pleased that clients typically choose to stay with PHMG for over ten years.
